In the 19th and 20th centuries powerful physical technologies, such as steam, aircraft, rail and radio, were harnessed to revolutionise travel, communications and broadcasting thereby creating a leap forward in growth and prosperity. In the 21st century powerful virtual technologies such as AI and quantum computing will shape our lives in ways that we are only starting to imagine.
At this time of unprecedent change, where it’s hard to know what to do next, our mission is to share insights and evidence based knowledge on what works in harnessing technology to support Ireland’s green and digital transition.
