Eoin Costllo delivers .ie Digital Masterclass on our Digital Growth Mindset

It was a pleasure and a privilege to deliver the .ie Digital Masterclass on our Digital Growth Mindset to the winners of the Small Firms Association Awards in Athlone earlier this week.

The Digital Growth Mindset framework arose from my work founding and growing Novara Technology from the front bedroom of my house to its successful sale to a large broadband company.

The Digital Growth Mindset is led by customer value and leverages the work of Irish man Charles Handy (born Clane, Co. Kildare) who in his 1989 book, The Age of Unreason, coined the term "Shamrock Organization" in which professional core workers, freelance workers and part-time/temporary routine workers each form one leaf of the "Shamrock".

In delivering my Masterclass Pierce Dargan kindly shared with participants how his business Equine MediRecord stay at the leading edge of of compliance solutions for animal welfare and anti-doping regulations through customer value led innovation.
